Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products of Prime Brands Group ("PBG").

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Prime Brands Group (consumer electronics sold by PBG).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, PBG will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

PBG will send a complimentary replacement product, given that all the proper information provided in the warranty form is sent. PBG will have fulfilled their warranty once a replacement has been sent out from PBG warehouse or offices.

How long does the coverage last?

From PBG direct: The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from PBG is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. (Once redeemed, PBG is no longer responsible for further replacement of Product.)

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or neglect.
Any alteration or modification to the product.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Contact PBG at info@primebrandsgroup.com for more information.

I had bought a pair for a friend for Christmas and only one worked. I contacted the seller and it took a couple weeks but they sent a new pair. Gave them to my friend and they work perfect.

Product was in excellent condition upon arrival. Had a little problem syncing the earbuds to my phone. Once fixed earbuds worked well. They're somewhat quieter than the other kinds I have (same brand).

Did not recieve item.

I have not recieved the desk mat, customer service was great but I have yet to recieve the product.

Handy little gadget!

The 4 in 1 Docking Station works like a charm and is small enough not to be obtrusive on my side table or nightstand where it holds and charges my iPhone, Apple Watch, pencil and AirPods all at once. Plus it’s small enough to take on vacation! It’s very handy indeed!

Prime earbud

They are nor as form fitting or as comfortable in my ears as the older version. I couldn't get the older version to sync with my phone and was sent a newer version for free. Sound quality is good. Customer service was great!!!

Never got delivered
