How do I know if my phone is charging?

When plugged into a power source, most of our charging pads styles will indicate a red light when ready to charge, and a blue light when charging. 

Please ensure that your charging pad is plugged into a power source. (For optimal charging, use a 2 AMP USB charger. 

If the charging pad style does not have a light indicative to charging status, simply place the center of your device in line with the center of the charging pad. Your phone will indicate charging. 

My phone is not charging.

Although our charging pads work with most cases, charging with a case on will depend on the thickness of the case. (For example, neoprene cases tend to be thicker, and wireless charging may be effected.)
