Directions and troubleshooting
The wireless charging pen cup needs to be plugged into an outlet for proper functioning. The higher the charger amp, the quicker the charge. If your wireless charging pen cup is not detecting your phone, try removing your case. If you have a credit card wallet attached to the back of your phone, ensure that you remove all credit cards, as the magnetic strip will interfere with the wireless charging.
Your wireless charging enabled device will automatically charge once your phone is placed on the phone holder. If it does not do so automatically, ensure that the cable is plugged into the holder all the way.
If you're still experiencing issues with your wireless charging pen cup, fill out this warranty form to see if you are eligible to receive a replacement.
